锂电池生产工艺开发与管理【Core work】▪ From 2013 to 2014, worked in former part of battery manufacture, which included mixing, coating, drying, pressing, slitting, punching, winding, and was responsible for optimization of manufacture technology and monitor control points, such as coating bubble, burr during slitting;▪ From 2014 to 2015, worked in latter part of battery manufacture, which included laser welding, oven drying, electrolyte filling, formation, ball seal, capacity test, thickness test, aging, and was responsible for optimization of manufacture technology and monitor control points, such as welding crack, formation quality;
