Feasibility analysis of the early stage of the product, mold flow analysis and manage the key mold problem.6. According to the requirements of the product, define the mold requirements/structure, optimize the injection molding process .7.Review the rationality and effectiveness of OEM/ mold factory's mold modification and the cost assessment.8. Evaluate and review the mold price, whether the quotation scheme is reasonable, evaluate the production capacity demand, and ensure that the mold quotation meets the requirements (Mold quantity/Cavity No).9. Responsible for the progressing of mold projects manage to ensure that molds meet engineering requirements and mass production status.10. Formulation and implementation of mold standards, Continuous optimization and improvement of mold quality, Including the reasonable choice of steel/Use of hot runner, selection and use of standard parts ( use of standard parts).

1.Directs all tooling/engineering activities in the design and construction of new tools, modifying existing tools, developing and tracking tooling program timelines to assure quality and timeliness. 2.Evaluate and analyze new part designs and determine the most cost in effective method to produce the part, and define tooling requirements. 3.Evaluates outsourced tooling designs to ensure construction, costs and lead-times are in line with quoted costs. 4.Develops and presents the information concerning business situations and manufacturing problems. 5.Works in cooperation with operations to improve the productivity and quality of existing processes. 6.Reviews all tool related problems with operations and suppliers then manages actions required to correct defects. 7.Identify and resolve problems using new techniques, while analyzing trends in tooling to assure projects meet customer needs. 8.Advises management of changes in supplier activities. Develops & audits new suppliers, helps suppliers to meet customer requirements. 9.Provides training when on company policies and procedures related to tooling activities involving the strategic suppliers. 10.Assists in the completion of surveys of tooling sub-contractors facilities and manufacturing processes. 11.Handle customer's complaints, company customer visits, manage tools trials for customer's check on site. 12.Report the project status to customer and high management weeklyIndustry：Automobiles/Motorcycles
