一、Export and Import Compliance1. Update the Export compliance policy and process according to the development of business; 2. Define and communicate the responsibility for each department for export compliance; 3. Delivering training to sales, purchasing and R&D associates for export and import compliance; 4. Classifying and registering the products according to the regulation of Export Administration Regulation; 5. Managing the Global Trade Service system for export and import trade compliance; 6. Applying the license from American government such as BIS or OFAC for export and import business if necessary; 7. Check and approve the blocked business sales orders in Global Trade Service system to control the export risk. 二、Technology import compliance1. Identifying the key technology of our company which is controlled by US government such as OFAC and BIS;2. Develop the technology compliance plan of our company to control the risk of R&D joint research and development with US vendors;3. Monitoring the R&D joint research and development with US vendors.

一、Internal Control:1. According to the COSO internal control structure, design and implement the internal control system for Baoneng Retail company from the 5 aspects of Control Environment, Risk Assessment, Control Activities, Information and Communication ,Monitoring.2. Evaluate more than 100 policy and procedures of Baoneng Retail company and Baoneng Real Estate company from the risk control perspective，including the business of Procurement, Operation, Leasing, Cost Control and so on.3. As a team member to join the internal control system design and implementation for Baoneng Real Estate company.二、Internal Audit and Supervision 1. As the audit project manager, responsible for the procurement audit project for Baoneng Retail company;2. As a team member, joining the audit project for additional project cost verification and construction bidding for Baoneng Real Estate company;3. As the responsible person, doing the investigation for the construction bidding complaints and clues and Writing the Report.

Anti-Corruption&Bribery Compliance:1. Team leader of Third Party Intermediaries(TPI) and Business Partner(BP) Team in Walmart China Retail Anti-Bribery Department, mainly responsible for TPI/BP vendor Due Diligence from baseline to enhanced one and monitoring;2. Working with Finance to do the financial control for TPI/BP vendor through the interface between Anti-Bribery compliance system and financial system, review and approval high risk payment to vendors;3. By leveraging Walmart global A/C office and outside attorney, we manage an effective risk assessment program to prioritize our compliance resources;4. Managing all the related Anti-Bribery Documents are maintained in the required document retention system;5. Supporting to do the Anti-Bribery control for the sponsorship, donation and membership;6. Delivering training to market target audience by computer based learning and supporting the instructor lead training by our training manager;7. Participating in the Anti-Bribery monitoring and remediation to ensure the whole Anti-Bribery program is effective, efficient, consistent, risk-based and sustainable;8. Reporting the violation of Anti-Bribery Procedure by our associates and TPI/BP vendors and facilitating the investigation and remediation;9. Participating the American Conference Institute Bootcamp in September of 2015 in San Francisco USA, learning the latest Anti-Corruption compliance development from officers of DOJ and SEC of USA and other industries;Trade Compliance:1. Supporting to execute the Embargo control for Import Trade based on Corporate Trade Compliance Policy;2. Conducting the Due Diligence on the customs broker and forwarder based on the Corporate Trade Compliance Policy; In summary, Walmart intends to establish a world class compliance program, and I am honored to be here to witness and being part of this process.

Trade Compliance:1. Involved in developing the Trade compliance program at the corporate level with the help of outside consultants;2. Cooperating with consultants from SAP, designing and configuring the SAP Global Trade Service system based on Trade Compliance business requirement by interfacing with Enterprise Resource Planning system;3. Identifying the ECCN number and Certification of Origin information for medical export products with the cooperation of Research&Development and Supply Chain Department;4. Maintaining the ECCN number through System Network Application Programme;5. Responsible for HK TID e-apps application and face to face communication with HK TID official for specific issues;6. Responsible for U.S. Export Administration Regulations license and license exception management;7. Engaging with Supply Chain business with trade compliance control;8. Delivering trade compliance training to target audience by instructor lead training;9. Conducting Due Diligence on our vendors and customers against OFAC Denied Party List based on the data provided by OCR.10. Responsible for supply chain module of SAP ERP Rollout Project implementation including home office located in Shenzhen, China (year 2008), UK/NL/FR/DE market (year 2009), US market (year 2009 and 2010), IN and MX market (2011) and SE market(Year 2011 and early 2012) for the phrases of blueprint design, integration and user acceptance system testing and SAP ERP system going alive;Anti-Corruption&Bribery Compliance:1. Involved in developing the Anti-Corruption compliance procedure at the corporate level with the help of outside attorney;2. Delivering Anti-Corruption Compliance training to target audience on instructor led basis;3. Government related expense such as clinical trials review and pre-approval and membership, sponsorship and donation review and assessment; Conflict Mineral Compliance:1. Leading the project and disclosing the Conflict Minerals Report to US SEC on time;
