Analyzes and reviews product and process change requests to ensure conformity with applicable regulations, customer requirements, and company established specifications.

1.As a leader responsible for quality of PCBA incoming(Consumer Electronic) , Automotive , Flexible PCB assembly and final product manufacturing . 2.Conduct PCBA supplier audit and assessment , Supplier performance tracking, issue resolution and supplier quality improvement.3. Manage defective material review board for disposition of non-conforming material and drive supplier corrective actions, minimize non-conforming material impact on production schedules, drive supplier achieve PPM target.4. Work with Plant Quality Assurance Manager and Supplier Chain Manager to develop quality improvement strategies.5. Drive for internal continuous quality improvement and help company to achieve the defined quality target.6. Provide necessary professional support to production on quality field to ensure the production can delivery qualified product to customer.11. Handle and orginize the nonconformities review with the review board to ensure all of nonconformities been settled down in time and be well recorded.12. Participate in production process/product audit to reduce the potential risk of quality.
