1.Perform supplier audits, assessments and source inspections; Be responsible to help internal assess if suppliers should be approved, require corrective action (SCAR) or disqualified.2.Improve material quality,focus on PCBA, cable,plastic injection ,motor ,;ensures suppliers have requisite technical competence and process capability to supply components and services in accordance to quality standards and business needs.3.Guide ,review and approve the PPAP,AQPQ with vendor. Ensure proper drawings and requirements are communicated to the supplier and the supplier has the process capabilities to satisfy the critical-to-function characteristics for the component.4.Manage defective material review board for disposition of non-conforming material and drive supplier corrective actions, minimize non-conforming material impact on production schedules, drive supplier achieve PPM target.5.Develop supplier processes through process, product and/or tooling validations and provide assistance, conduct supplier weekly/monthly review meetings and supplier training.6.Use statistical process control and capability studies in assessing supplier processes and capabilities.7.Create Material Inspection Instructions to support incoming check and align the inspections methods between suppliers and company, provide technical support to IQA and other related departments.8.Provide suppliers effective feedback and work with them constructively to improve their performance levels.9.Perform Failure Analysis and inspection techniques on supplier materials10.Write and revise policies, procedures and create forms to support supplier development processes11.Partner with the new product development engineering teams to provide technology assessment and supplier technical support.12. Analyzes and reviews product and process change requests to ensure conformity with applicable regulations, customer requirements, and company established specifications.

1.As a leader responsible for quality of PCBA incoming(Consumer Electronic) , Automotive , Flexible PCB assembly and final product manufacturing . 2.Conduct PCBA supplier audit and assessment , Supplier performance tracking, issue resolution and supplier quality improvement.3. Manage defective material review board for disposition of non-conforming material and drive supplier corrective actions, minimize non-conforming material impact on production schedules, drive supplier achieve PPM target.4. Work with Plant Quality Assurance Manager and Supplier Chain Manager to develop quality improvement strategies.5. Drive for internal continuous quality improvement and help company to achieve the defined quality target.6. Coordinate with related functional teams for company wide quality improvement action plan. 7. Participate in customer complaint handling together with industry engineers, R&D, and provide report such as 8D in time to customer. 8. To do the data analysis and find the opportunity to drive production for continuous corrective actions and preventive action. 9. To lead the weekly quality meeting with process engineers to review and monitor all of critical quality issue.10. Provide necessary professional support to production on quality field to ensure the production can delivery qualified product to customer.11. Handle and orginize the nonconformities review with the review board to ensure all of nonconformities been settled down in time and be well recorded.12. Participate in production process/product audit to reduce the potential risk of quality.
