优点：乐观向上、兴趣广泛、适应力强、对于每一项工作或者每一项任务都会尽心尽力的去完成，不求做到完美，只求做到更好。对于自己认定的的事情都会坚持不懈的的去完成，在遇到困难时总能保持一颗乐观个的心态去对待，会及时找到问题并解决。缺点：很多时候会追求太多，以至于样样会一些，倒是没有一片领域是精通的，这样自己会意识到这样是不对的，但还是时常控制不住自己想要追求更多、得到更多。有时总会有一颗心血来潮的心，这导致自己心理的不安和急切。时常考虑的问题不够多，总有着一颗年轻躁动的心，缺少社会经验。
