– Develop marketing strategies and effective marketing programs in HCC（Liver Cancer）& RCC（Kidney Cancer） &DTC（Thyroid Cancer）– Plan and control budget– Establish and maintain close relationship with KOLs and associations– Work with global team to align on strategies and plans on local and global level– Plan and implement product training

– Mapping of KOLs in CML and GIST in Central&West region, build professional relationships and gaining their advocacy on Glivec.– Provide and discuss new information and data with KOLs and train speakers to support the best use of these new data.– Actively support medical meetings or cross-functional activities.– Assist CML PMS trial and GIST IIT study.

– Set sales and investment targets for Endostar, develops brand(Endostar) strategy and tactical plans within marteting budgets.– Organize and implement promotional programs & activities to support the rapidly growth of Endostar.– Develop good relationships with national KOLs in oncology, prepare and organize Endostar anti-angiogenic advisory board meeting.– Train sales representative.
