Manage Embraer China spare parts warehousing and logistics process assuring the accomplishment of the KPIs and customer satisfaction. Lead and mange outsourced team follow SOP’s and ensure smooth operation of warehouse.Assure proper service level for Embraer China Spare Parts warehousing activities including but not limited to the receiving, storing and shipping of the spare parts;Lead all outsourced team to carry on all operational activities align with ENS (SOP’s) procedures, control the efficiency of Customs clearance, Develop and maintain good relationship with airlines’ warehousing & logistics areas to enhance mutual understanding and ensure customer satisfaction;Control and monitor the efficiency of freight forwarders who responsible to collect and ship all EMBRAER spare parts from vendorsand/or others EMBRAER sites to Embraer China;Work closely with Headquarters Planning and Purchase Dept in order to assure the accuracy of our stock replenishment plan and also suggest on improvement based on customer’s stocks and requests;Establish and maintain a good relationship with import & export authorities (Customs and other government institutions) to, ensure smooth operation;Responsible to disseminate lean and continuous improvements philosophy into warehouse daily work process;Fully engage with Embraer China and HQ special project to ensure its smooth operation in China region and improve the customer support efficiency Budget/cost analysis and control for warehouse operation  P3E cell management.Ensure the safety working condition in the warehouse;     Responsible to the warehouse facility maintenance, conservation and safety condition;Continually optimize inbound and outbound process.etc to reduce operating cost.  Provided all aspects of support to customer for Embraer E190 products. Such as technical issue, flight operation issue,material issue and commercial issue.     Had a good communication and relationship with dedicated customer and their management. Carried out the action plans set for specific customer accounts to achieve customer overall satisfaction.  Worked with Embraer HQ technical and commercial team closely and promptly to help customer to solve the problems they faced.  Collected the product operation information including but not limited to technical, commercial, fleet reliability data and customer business scenarios from customer and market, and feedback to office in order to continuously improve service level.     Interacted with major component Vendor’s local team to support customers timely and efficiently.     Assisted our sales and market colleagues to have a good communication with customers for the potential sale possibility. Dig every possibility of technical services opportunity from customers and convince them to choose our proposal.  I have already given the onsite support to CSN Guangzhou, CSNXinjiang, TJA, Colorful Guizhou and GXA, have deep experiences regarding customer service and support

Led the engineers to involve in engine maintenance process improvement project. Optimized engine maintenance and documentation processes. Created a reference standard for engine standard maintenance. Improved the control requirement in the engine repair process.     Led and managed engineers to complete project management of engine introduced.     Gave advices to engineers about any technics and procedures. Provided some guidance and recommendations to shop mechanic works.Developed a number of processes and principles engineers need to follow.  Participated in Air China engine project management ,as well as developed the removal schedule. Involved in Air china cargo aircraft Introduction project. On behalf of Air China Cargo to Cathay Pacific, Hongkong, inspected the documents of introduction, aircraft acceptance and airworthiness inspection.Involved in Air china aircraft sold work, provided the relevant technical documentation and technical support for the aircraft sale.  Named as 2011 advanced individual title. Provided extensive supportfor Air China fleet management.

Chaired engine introduced technology review meeting to establishedmulti‐satisfied work scope of engine according to customer needs and engine maintenance program.  Prepared incoming engine all working files and responsible for the entire technical service. Managed with all the processes of engine repair from engine removal to engine test and parts pair.     Timely paid attention to the status of the engine in the line which was repaired out of shop. Provided the necessary technical support for the engine in line.     Kept the good relationship with the customers. Necessary communicated with customers in a timely manner to meet the real demand of the customers.     Optimized all the engine standard disassembly and assembly procedures to increase the efficiency and meet the commercial target.     Responsible for the engine EO,AD and SB project management. Made relevant recommendations to customers to enable engine achieving a better balance between safety and economy.  Many times successfully solved the technical problems in engine disassembly and assembly. Many times successfully completed shop and line engine troubeshooting. Such as N1,N2 vibration, high oil consumption, oil concealment.     Prepared a common fault analysis report of PW4000 engines toprovide the reference for PW4000 engines troubleshooting.
