 Arrange daily works for the workshop (12 CNC large machines production line and Assembly line). Recruit the operators and fitters, establish the long-tern training plan and develop/implement it. Correctly set up short and long-term Production Plan, make sure the Production Line run normally and complete the orders in time. Develop\ implement the 5S activities\EHS\LP\ Continuous Improve system. Improve the efficiency and the material usages, cut down the cost of manufacturing and resolve the problems coming from the production line, delivery in time and so on.  Develop/ implement TPM for Equipment maintain.  Submit and manage to an annual budget, and to ensure that departments are held accountable for their results.  Set up the target of the department for Efficiency、Quality performance and delivery, and continually measure and compare to those goals. In charge of NPI Project
