Engage & push project management process within OEM supplier factory to make sure critical deliverables can be made as target project schedule.3. Assist quality co-works to lead & monitor OEM supplier to do Kaizen improvement on quality control and production process.

1. Organize APMEA project weekly meeting with product line, Design, Marketing quality, R&D, GSO sourcing, GSO PM and GSO quality, to review all project status, keep follow up all critical issues with all members, so as to make sure all projects running well as the generation plan.2. Leading cross BA OEM project development and introduce OEM products to AP + MEA.3. Arrange all sample review meeting with cross function team, follow up safety approval status with marketing and arrange all necessary technical audit and testing in local R&D. 4. Deep communicate with marketing/product line, to fully catch best selling point to each project. 5. Host check point meeting, report all critical deliverable to steering committee for project review.

1. Leading ODM/OEM team as R&D responsibility, give technical support to all Asia-Pacific OEM kitchen appliances development including cooker hood, gas hob, induction hob, electical oven, Microwave oven, BBQ, FSC etc.2. Join in generation plan discussion with AP product line category teams as OEM R&D responsibly, to draft suitable strategy road map of each platform products.3. Provide technical consult to product line team before any new OEM project kick off, follow up customer-centric principle to confirm how to fix pain point of target consumer under limited investment and tight launch schedule at MBB stage.4. Under limited support from core technical department like ETO, GTO, ITO, AD to do technical feasibility analysis and necessary testing, provide technical recommendation to product line and help to select suitable base models for each new project before CPPF.5. To prepare product safety risk analysis (PSRA) of all OEM models, evaluate all potential safety risks, discuss with supplier to provide solution and fix them before moving to CP0.6. To prepare DFMEA to all ODM product, checking all design failure mode and ask supplier to provide structure improvement at each stages before finalize all structure design before CP2.7. According to different category products to prepare suitable testing plan, check all testing status of each check point so as to make sure all testing could be finished in time and meet marketing & quality requirement.8. Check product packaging and transportation printing and user manual, submit to target market quality manager for final approval before CP2.9. To support and fix all mass products issues together with quality engineer from GSO, assisted with quality improvement and SCR lowdown behavior.10. Collect all range ODM/OEM food preparation hot product SCR data of AP region, select all models whose SCRlq larger than 5% and 10% (black sheep) to make analysis the root cause together with GSO quality team.

1. Join in cooker hood project development of Asia market, work closely with Design, Purchasing , Finance, Quality, Logistic, Production, ME etc to push in-house project go ahead. 2. Consider internal structure of cooker hood under design from IDC after new project has been kick off, prepare 2D&3D drawings and send to supplier for quotation thro purchasing and prepare testing plan of hood. At CP0 status, ask for mock up or prototype from sub-supplier to verify performance & function, cooperate with Finance confirm BOM list, estimate preliminary cost of hood and assist to evaluate investment request. At CP1 status, ask supplier to provide CNC parts, leading DVT production together with Quality & ME to verify design and prepare DFMEA & PSRA, arrange all necessary testing and update all CAD drawings and IR as needs, prepare samples to 3rd party agency for safety approval, follow up all issue feedback from target Marketing team. At CP2 status, arrange MVT production on line to verify whether every working station is ok for production, collect enough samples for reliability testing and marketing review, finalize all design and make sure all first samples are approved. At CP3 status, push Logistical & Production to arrange enough components to arrange mass production verify whether logistic & manufacture system is ok for mass production.

Responsible for CAD modeling of refrigerator door movement parts, work with tooling makers to improve plastic structure, Join in trial run and pilot run with team, verify structure at each stage.2. Conduct advanced simulation analysis , give analysis result of displacement and stress , provide proposal to team how to improve any defect structure or help to generate cost down idea.
