管理英语客服呼叫中心团队，为澳洲地区客户提供售前咨询和售后服务，例如追踪订单交期，物流情况，产品退换货诉求等。计划和安排组员排班情况，带领团队达成每月KPI客服指标，团队人数10人。

1. Define product roadmap, as well as product market segmentation, sales channel, strategy and price position.结合公司发展规划和市场需求，制定产品中短期开发计划，包括产品的市场地位，销售渠道，价位定位等。2. Lead project team (RD, Purchasing, Quality, Supply Chain, etc) to develop product according to pre-defined requirement and launch product to market on time. Meanwhile, create product introduction and trainning material, organize internal on-line trainning.带领项目团队(研发，采购，质检，供应链等部门)按照制定的需求开发产品，保证产品如期上市。同时还需制作产品介绍及培训资料，组织公司内部线上培训。3. Understand market competition and competitors, do benchmark and able to analyze competitor’s product factors like materials, construction and pricing.了解市场和竞争对手，分析竞争对手的产品，为公司品牌的规划提供市场信息。4. Understand market diversity, able to manage product portfolio in different markets/countries, able to target key markets and customer groups.了解不同地区市场的多样化，针对不同市场调整产品规划，灵活管理不同地区市场的产品系列，并发掘重点客户群。5. Lead cost-cut project by driving Purchasing to continuously look for more competitive source, in order to achieve better margin and remain competitive in the market.针对现有产品，不断开发更具有价格优势的供应商，使产品保持竞争力。
