1.Help sales to seek for the material so that we could achieve projet target. And cooperate with the relative dept. to offer quotation to customers & sales. Maintain Shenzhen & HK clients.2.Cooperate with supplier chain dept. & production dept, and prepare the material on time so that we could meet customers project target.3.Work with finance dept. and help finance dept. & sales person to receive payment.4.Handles customers' complaint with TS dept. & production dept.5.Offer sales report to managers on time.

1.Handle price ticket/label, security tag, button bag, heat transfer label, main/size labels for European buyer.2.Receive orders requests from buyers (C&A, Kiabi,Etam and so on) & customers around world. Help to explain buyer's information (such as ticket/packing information) to customers/agent.3.Set up new customers' information in internal website, and maintain their information in the website. Explain them how to place orders online and offer the instruction files.4.Cooperate with production & development teams to control inventory cost & quality of materials.5.Monitor production schedule so that the goods could be sent on time.6.Communicate with the outsouring suppliers so that the materials arrive at warehouse on time.
