I have been working in the University and company as a molecule biological scientist more than 20 years. my work duty as below:1. Prepared all solutions essential for experiments; ordered all regents and materials involved in experiments2. Performed a variety of experiments including isolation of DNA, RNA and protein from human cell lines and tissues, determination of their concentrations; cell culture; western blot analysis; real-time PCR; immunohistochemical staining; cell cycle, apoptosis analyses and cell proliferation analysis. 3. Recorded experiment procedures, analyzed experiment data and write monthly report on the conducted research.4. Trained short-term collaboration visitors, postgraduate and summer students 5. Attended First Aid courses and work environment safety training6. Demonstrated initiative by training online to become the person qualified to operate and maintain the BD FACSCanto II Flow Cytometer in the University of Lethbridge. 7. Any urgent work or experiments for the company.
