-Responsible for new product design, for example: Low voltage electrical products, Hotel intelligent control products, Intelligent household products, Smart switch and socket, RCD and Traditional mechanical switch & socket. Improve design and cost down for existing products.-Follow market needs and VOC/offer requirement, work closely with ID design lab and do concept design with ID together, study technical feasibility of new concepts and offer different scenarios for selection. Create 3D&2D drawings, select material to fulfill product function. DFMEA review with industrialization team and suppliers. Follow Tooling, evaluate and approve sample. Follow Engineering Trial run, product Trial run and MP.-Cost down for existing products. Improve design for existing products according to customer complaints/requirement or new requirement for Standard. Take part in evaluation for new supplier or second source. -Assign, direct and approve the task of junior & experienced engineer.-Take part in several new large-scale project, such as PIENO series, ZENcelo A format series and Kristina. Improve the function for WSC waterproof series products and 880TP switch. Till now, I had successfully applied for 7 technical patents. In 2013, become a core member in continuous improvement engineer team which is branch for Australia design center in ShenZhen. In 2014, join in export team in ShenZhen R&D center. -Have taken the training course for Tolerance Management, PMP, PEP, DFMEA, Mechanism and Mechanical for ProE. Be familiar with analysing and solving technical problems by using TM, Mechanism and Mechcanica for ProE.

-Responsible for electrical toy design. -According to requirement of market and project schedule, finish creating 3D&2D drawings and BOM, following Tooling, evaluating first sample and accepting Tooling on time. Solve various problems from prototype to mass production in time. -Assist or direct other engineers to solve problems.-Offer technical data and support other departments in order that project can make mass production on schedule.-Keep closely communication with customer. Modify or improve structure for products in time according to requirement of customer.-Improve structure and manufacture process of the existing products in order to make the cost down and advance its function.

-Responsible for super blade server and accessory equipment or device.-Do the top-down design and concept design for sub function module according to manager’s wholly suppose to the product.-Assign task to team member.-Assist Manager to set up projective progress list and schedule about mechanical structure designing.-Work closely with electronic team to select and determine the type of important electronic parts and connecter. And make sure the location for key electronic parts and connecter on PCB in order to keep good connection between different module and let electronic part get good cooling.-Write BOM, follow Tooling and trail run.-Improve structure for existing product, and cost down.

( Made toys for Hasbro and Mattel.) Design the structure of the electronic toys, the gear-box, the redirector and the motive machine. Write the BOM. Modify the structure according to the requirement of customer about the prototype. Follow up mold: ready for the technical data about making mold, discuss with the vendor about the layout of the mold, check the first shoot sample, assemble the product, check and analyze structure of the produce and the part, set down the method about modifying the mold based on QA test result and the suggestions of customer. Modify the structure about current product for meeting the new requirement of customer. Follow up the product.

Design mechanical parts, fixture and mould. Write the detail manufacture process about metal parts. Follow up the production: answer worker’s question about parts drawing and manufacture process, deal with some unexpected technical problems on the spot, send the engineer change order with comments to engineer when quality problem was found.
