 Responsible for NPI import of new customers and new projects of the company, docking with customer needs and RFQ, etc  Project progress control and FA overall analysis  Allocate engineering resources and manage engineering team to make NPI go smoothly into mass productiong  Internal sample preparation promotion and pain point resolution  Experience in multiple customers and project leaders (Such asLenovo / Motorola / Zebra)

 Focus on the RFQ for new project（Kenwood/Amazon/Apple/Bose,etc）  Managing the coordination of product life cycle (Stage gate) activities and control the production process Keep good communication with engineering team, Responsible for new project development, communicate with customers and make daily updated report for project development Cooperate about dealing and negotiation of payment, stock management, QC& production schedule with suppliers Responsible for dealing with emergency of project development
