-Factory sourcing and audit. -Communicate directly with oversea buyers for daily works; -Develop new trims and styling according to buyers' request,and recommend the proper fatory to proceed accordingly; -Price negociation,check and send fatories' fabric or trims for buyer's approval; -Follow up and monitor orders from development to production delivery; -Coordinate the relationship between buyer and factory,and feedback the related daily questions and comments from both. -Monitor,check and instruct subordinators' works;
