Mainly responsibility is sales support and project management of APAC mobile business in Wireless Competence Center. A, Pre-sales support: • Leading the tendering team and conducting technical analysis based on the RFP/RFQ from customers through collaboration with technical expert in headquarter. • Leading the commercial team to propose market pricing strategy, make Initial Profit & Loss Statement analysis, risk assessment as well as Go/NoGo decision based on market intelligence collected.• Defining initial project schedule, working split, responsibility matrix, production plan as well as manpower planning, etc. B, Post-sales project management: • Providing support to project implementation through seamless coordination with global sites on materials allocation, logistics arrangement and custom clearance in order to ensure the on time delivery of equipment.• Supporting on-site survey, manpower allocation as well as on-site support from overseas technical experts. • Making Profit & Loss Analysis upon project signoff and completion.• Monitoring project progress according to project plan, conduct Preliminary Acceptance/Final Acceptance.• Monitoring sales income and account receivable status.

Mainly responsible for Inner Mongolia and Guangxi Unicom mobile communication system expansion project by leading the project team to implementation. Fulfill the project successfully with highly customer satisfaction and company’s expectation.

Mainly responsible for deployment and maintenance of mobile communication system, such as daily deployment & maintenance, networking optimization, road testing, signaling collecting, parameter tune, etc.
