Do the feasibility and prepare an offer to purchase the land.Pre-meeting with Local Council to seek planning and land subdivision advice. Meeting with Project manager and solicitor to avoid potential risks.• Walpole St, Kew,VIC Project: 2300 m2 LAND for 14 THs.Liaise with Builder to track progress.Liaise with Architect to get extension of Planning Permit.• Winston Drive, Doncaster,VIC Project: 1300 m2 LAND for 9 THs.Assist with Project Manager to finalise feaso.Liaise with Architect and Local Council to apply for Planning Permit.
