2013.2--- 2015.4 H&M Senior MerchandiserProduct:Baby/Children product Direct report :12Responsibility： Team management A.Set up the seasonal goals for my team according to H&M strategy plan,such as price index ,production leadtime index ,sample leadtime index etc . B. Lead the team to set up the action plans to achieve the goals.C . Keep monitoring the implementation of action plans and achievement status of goals. Support team members to solve problems happened daily.D:Capacity control on a weekly basis to make sure that goods can be shipped on time in a good qlty . E: supplier chain management . Evaluate the existing suppliers regularly, including if price is reasonable, lead-time and sample making is good, communication is smooth and so on ,meeting with them to discuss how to improve in case of any problems .F: develop people 2006.6--- 2015.4 H&M Quotation merchandiser and follow up MerchandiserProduct:Baby/Children ,Men/Lady Order handling and managementA: coordinate the communication between buyers and suppliers to secure the correct understanding between each other.B. New product development, develop the new garment type, wash effect, making details according to the trend and inspiration information from buying office . C. Price and lead-time negotiation: negotiate the price/lead-time with supplier to secure the best deal .E. Sample approval/arrange shipment: approve the preproduction sample acc to own knowledge/experience and the comments from buyer. Arrange testing and shipment.  Supplier chain management A. Develop new supplier acc the new product type and order qnty B. New supplier training: training the new supplier about the sample developing, order handling, sample making and working procedure,give them feedback and follow up tightly .
