1.Responsible for maintance of agents located in Jiangsu, Shanghai and south west area to ensure good partner relationship.Assist the agents to maintaining and developing customers.2.Provide techinical supporting to agents/customers on product application optimization and processing improvement et al.3.Organize product and technical seminars with agents and customers regularly.4.Collect and deal with feedback/complaint from agents and customers timely.5.Be familar with industrial market and competitors to support making sales strategy and improvement of market percentage.6.Enhance internal contaction and  coordination with different department to complete sales target.

1.Set and achieve technical targets including resistance property test and other tasks assigned by supervisor.2.One year internship at factory in Japan to learn manufacture process of resistance and impacts of component ratio，die-casting technique and heating curve on value of resistance.
