To formulate the oveall objectives and project plan, follow up the R&D status and business forecast, provide demand budget and purchasing plan, allocate resource and build capacity, monitor product development iteration and project industrialization, optimize project process and pay attention to PLM from project evaluation, prototype verification, certificated manufacturing, to ramp up, Mass Production (MP) and EOL stages.2、Provide end-to-end one stop style project planning, organization, leadership, coordination, control management and service.
