Major Job description:The major production is Renault GPSEnsure the normal production, regarding to the process control (major is CPK) to improve FPY and production quality.Analyze the defect parts during the normal production and define the corrective action, monitor the effectiveness of the action.In charge of NPI project implementation: Design the test fixture, also define the proper flow chart regarding to the production.Arrange the fixture which belong to the NPI project to do analysis, such as R&R, and improve the disadvantage regarding to the R&R resultAnalyze and monitor the defect phenomenon during the NPI project trail run, make sure to solve the critical issue before MP.Define the flow chart, control plan, SOP before the build, collect the CPK report and analyze the result which lower than 1.67 which defined in the automotive industryPrepare the QIT report and monitor the corrective action whether is effective or not.Training the operator with the corrective operation method,Training the fresh repair operatorSelf-Assessment: Strong knowledge of circuit analysis and logistic.Familiar with the test of the process.(Such as test conditional, method, spec and so on)Good team work and communication skillGood working abilityStrong responsibility and optimistic.Good office operation.Afford to high pressure
