HR Account Manager* Liaise with senior executives and line managers on full spectrum of HR services including recruitment, organization structuring, performance management and talent development* Deploy retention initiatives to facilitate talent development, mobility and retention* Manage staff resourcing needs through internal mobility, external recruitment and talent acquisition* Manage the resources of the organization in alignment with current and future needs of business streams at the Hub level* Monitor and review performance management processes of other staff* Proactively provide professional HR advice and support on Hub HR issues, policies, systems and projects* Work with Global Business Partner and line management on relocation cases to ensure compliance with relocation policy and expatriate relocation process* Perform as a strategic business partner and provide quality HR advisory services to internal customers
