Project Hsse Specialist
Current• Developing HSSE execution plan during Define Stage.• Implementing all the HSSE execution Plan to the end of Execute Stage.• Act as area authority for project control area • Assist Project HSSE Manager for all the project HSSE handover (including all the required HSSE training and training material) to the plant team and completion of all the HSSE punch list• Act as BP contract accountable Manager to ensure safe execution of the contracted work while applying the Working with Contractor process throughout for project period. • Facilitate incident investigations, ensuring corrective action is taken as appropriate • Responsible to implement risk management plan• Inspect and verify implementation of HSSE work by contractors • Implement HSSE reward and discipline process to contractors
