Be responsible for OEM/ODM supplier quality management based on keyboard and mouse project in APAC region (mainly for IBM projects), Tier1 suppliers are final assembly products manufacturer, Tier2 suppliers are component manufacturer, including metal sheet forming parts、plastic parts cable、electronics and PCB. o Participate in new potential Tirer1& Tirer2 suppliers’ evaluation and selection, support onsite audit to ensure new qualified suppliers are meeting IBM requirements. Submitting audit report to IBM and to follow up the audit findings until they are closed. o Act as an interface between supplier and IBM, be responsible for aligning IBM standards and quality specifications with supplier to ensure suppliers understand IBM requirements correctly. o Carry out supplier quality improvement for high risk suppliers with IBM team to reduce quality issues. o Track and check supplier NPI progress and update IBM with the latest information, to ensure supplier meet the NPI schedule requirements. o Perform the product and process audit, check and verify the process capability, process flow chart, control plan, PFMEA, and the implementation of the special characteristic control. o Work with IBM team to clean up all audit non-conformances to make sure all of them corrected properly & closed in time to meet KPIs. o Review PPAP documents with suppliers to make sure supplier delivery right PPAP documents to IBM as request. o Handle quality issue caused by supplier. ? Work with IBM team to handle quality issue caused by supplier, and to work out the improvement actions with suppliers. ? Drive supplier use 8D problem-solving methodology to solve the quality issue, submit 8D reports to IBM timely as request. o Monitor suppliers during the implementation of process and design change, ensure supplier completely and correctly implement the ECN from IBM, check supplier ECN process control system.

1. Manage all the activities related to supplier quality to ensure supplier delivery quality meet all the requirments of T&W’s quality standards.2. Work closely with sourcing to identify and qualify new supplier for new project.3. Make anual supplier audit plan and supervise engineers to execute.4. Plan and execute new supplier audit and regular audit for current supplier including quality systerm audit、 process audit and products audit.6 Drive supplier to develop corrective and preventive actions and follow up supplier to put it into action and review the improvement effect.7. 1. Review supplier PPAP documents, validate and check progress on supplier site , approve the PPAP according company’s procedure 2. Support program developing through following up supplier's APQP process and to make sure the products can be launched flawlessly on time 3. Supplier quality performance management. 4. Participating supplier contract review meeting to find out supplier potential risk and guide supplier to improve. 5. Organize and lead to handle supplier quality issue, including root cause analysis and corrective actions developing. 6. Performing supplier annual audit, process audit and 2TP audit in supplier site and assist supplier to corrective the non-conformance. 7. Issue the PR report to supplier , drive and assist suppliers to improve in 8D process. 8.Support purchasing to do the site assessment for the new suppliers or new sites
