Proficient in the company's IoT network architecture, responsible for about 50% of network architects related work.3. Responsible for the company's main business plan, including flexible self-organizing network solution, enterprise VPN solution, whitelist business plan, car network solution design, etc. Output high quality of the solution document that become the necessary materials for market sales.4. Always need to operate Linux/shell and soft routing command-lines, familiar with relevant knowledge. Has strong problem analysis capabilities, often helping customers solve connectivity problems in network communications.5. As a network solution manager, there are 2 team members belong to me, including team building and performance appraisal. The team members mainly work on the IoT platform maintenance and configure equipment in IDC site.

End of the year 2005, I joined Huawei Technologies as an engineer in R&D, from that time, I start to learn knowledge of network products. Huawei provided a good work platform and give me very good chance to study and practice all kinds of netword products in solution lab, Network products come from NGWDM, PTN and Router or Switch. I worked more than 8 years for two depts in R&D .The first four+ years, Responsible for Products testing of integration and service solution design in Optical Network Product-line, including OSN1800&3800&6800 optical series of products. And research OTN protocols as ITU-T G.709, G.798 for message packaging structure and optical protection function.Afterwards, Responsible for service solution test in Metro Ethernet Field (products like Switch and PTN), the service module include TDM and Ethernet dual-home protection scenarios.Second almost four years, Work for network solution department, Responsible for PTN/ATN + Router CX L3VPN, IPRAN over DWDM E2E solution verification in which involving products lines include Optical Network and Metro Ethernet, and all of these service features base on IGP/BGP/MPLS Protocol. Meanwhile, compared function difference of Huawei Routers with other venders like Cisco, Juniper, and ZTE Routers.
