Lead and manage the button-click system innovation and improvement, include upgrade the module design, new switches development.New product design in mechanical, feasibility study and validation, include TA, DFSS, DFM to make the optimization before MP.New material and process validation and phasing in (e.g.: IMD, NCVM, leather cover on case).Lead new projects launch from design to MP, direct the DFMEA, DFM to avoid the design risk, pro-cess or assembly issues. Create & maintain BOM, take charge of the engineering change; create cost BOM for new products and review the cost reduction plan. Define the spec and inspection method, create drawings and review measurement method.Verify new tooling and approve parts for MP.Make EVT plan and lead the EVT test for new products and engineering change.Direct and guide supplier’s standard measurement, help supplier improve the process and ramp up the yield rate.Maintain the design optimization and cost reduction in MP.Engineering validation for 2nd source and test for phase in.Train new comers about the system, design guideline, engineering verification process.

2007/09~2010/11, 产品工程部 （明基电通制造部更名为佳世达）• 职位：产品机构工程师/ 部门：产品工程部工作职责：审核产品设计、优化新产品的结构以满足产品性能和生产要求。主导液晶显示器高端新品SKD模式- 模组化拼装出货海外工厂导入量产，负责和指导海外工厂的生产与技术支持。创建和维护BOM；主导工程变更并管理海外site进行同步变更。收集海外工厂反馈的问题并追溯生产制程进行改善；对客诉问题进行调查和处理、改善。设计SKD产线的生产组装与测试治具，并协调测试工程师进行调试、验证。产线生产中治工具设计和制作，解决生产组装中的问题并予以长期改善。2006/07~2007/09, 明基电通 制造部• 职位：机构工程师/ 部门：机构工程部工作职责：负责液晶显示器机构件量产前的测试、验证。协同RD进行生产方面的设计优化。创建BOM并维护，辅助产品工程变更。新产品导入前测试、验证，分析和处理机构件问题并提出改善建议，对机构件进行规格定义和承认。分析、解决生产中遇到的实际问题并协调相关部门解决与改善。
