Current Be responsible for total solution for the single phase solar inverter; lead the troubleshooting and issues resolving in debugging and after RTM. Be responsible for the daily management and follow up and coordination,organization weekly meeting, review and join in quality, sales meeting. Be responsible for storage inverter development on specification, algorithm and total solution, lead the troubleshooting and debugging. Participate in the formulation of new product introduction, delivery strategy. Be responsible for the solar inverter and storage inverter key competitive technologies such as UL1998, ARC detection, Rapid shutdown, Cellular communication, Power meters, BMS and monitoring structure study. Optimization of LVRT, THDi, Dci and GFCI. Support market development and training, internal and external customer service.Projects:Project1: Single phase inverter (3~10K), 30K Storage inverterProject Role: system engineer, project leader Project responsibility: total solution, cost, schedule and resource arrangementAchievements: The single phase inverter is the first UL1998 certificated project in our company. 30KW is first storage inverter, the switch time between full discharge to full charge or full charge to full discharge is within 40ms. Max efficiency is 98%, with capability of LVRT and fixed active power/reactive power, fix PF, or fixed curve adjustment.Project2: ARC, rapid shutdown etc. key technologies development Achievements: I raised new ARC detection arithmetic based on Ti’s solution. It get excellent performance. Through this, it works without any false trip and miss trip. According North American application, I raised new rapid shutdown solutions, simple, reliable and less cost and get the patent.
