(3) Steel structure fabrication and site installation, Machinery & electrical installation and commissioning. , 担任总经理，负责公司全盘业务运作；包括市场开发、工程项目承揽，施工组织和QHSE管控等全流程控制。公司业务领域如下：（1）港口起重运输机械、物料装卸设备、船舶与海洋工程建造项目的技术咨询和现场监造. (2) 船舶与海洋工程项目的配套件贸易。（3）承揽小型工程项目，涉及钢结构加工、安装；机电设备安装与调试工程。

Responsible for Oversea & Offshore Engineering Project Development, and Quality system maintenance of whole company. Company's Business Fields cover the following items:(1) Construction of offshore oil & gas platform facilities, steel piping, piers, process module and skids.(2) Fabrication and supply of ship & marine facilities and components. (3) Construction of Port Cranes & transporting machinery , including Container Bridge and Rubber tyred Gantry.(4) Construction of materials handling Equipment,such as Ship loader, ship unloader,stacker, claimer , re-claimer and feeding vehicle.(5) Steel structure fabrication and site erection.负责海洋工程、海外工程业务的市场开发和工程项目承揽，以及整个公司的质量体系管控。公司业务领域涉及：（1）海洋平台设施、管道、钢管桩、撬块、工艺模块建造项目。（2）船舶与海洋工程项目的配套设备建造和供货。（3）港口起重、运输机械制造和安装项目，包括门座起重机、集装箱岸边吊、集装箱场桥等。（4）物料装卸设备制造、安装项目，包括装船机、卸船机、堆料机、取料机、堆取料机和送料小车等。（5）钢结构制造、安装项目。

Mainly responsible for the following items: (1) Quality system establishment and maintenance of whole company .(2) Quality inspection and site control of ship repair, convention and new shipbuilding, and offshore Engineering construction. New shipbuilding shall cover the following ship types: Bulk carrier, PCTC, Livestock carrier, ship container ,Hopper dredger, LNG and LPG. Offshore Engineering projects shall cover Semi-submersible drilling platform, Jack-up, Life-support platform, offshore support Barge, OSV ,FPSO, FSO and Shuttle tankers. 承担的主要职责有：（1）整个公司的质量体系完善和维护；（2）船舶与海工建造项目的质量检验、控制，涉及船舶修理、改装和新造项目。造船项目有散货船、汽车滚装船、牲畜船、集装箱船、LNG 和LPG 等；海工类项目有半潜式钻井船、Jack-up、生活辅助平台、海工辅助驳船、海工工作船、FPSO、FSO和穿梭油轮等。
