I have working in this team for more than 4 years, this team like the second family to me, we have great FTE manager and great team partner (Shanghai and Beijing’s team), and so I need list timeline for my responsibility.1. 2012/01 - 2012/02 Due to previous vender leader leave from our team , I have to implement one urgent Silverlight project in short time and success , manager make me to new frontend leader(shanghai)2. 2012/02 - 2012/12 The next step my team implement some other Silverlight reports, Meanwhile I start to do some backend task like SQL and data transfer tool3. 2013/01 - 2013/07 We implement two important projects in this half of year, First one is "Heat Map" project, FTE Manager wants to know the click count for SMB page and let me use heat map to show the hot and cold area in this SMB main page. My responsibility in this team to help leader to create new feature in MSDN site page and fix bugs in frontend and backend, this team is very important to me, it's my first experience to work with Microsoft FTE and deep into Microsoft project structure. Team dissolved in the end of 2011The important feature: Drag and DropThis feature can help .Net developer and client to collect MSDN KB Article in MSDN site and print them if needed, they can collect article titles and put them into one list and re-order them by manual. We use local storage to store user data in different pages. Store user behavior data into Azure Blob or SQL DB and use JQuery plugin to implement this feature. My responsibility in this team to build OA system for Centaline. The challenge in this team is about the task for workflow design and implementation. We need get business logic by negotiating with other department like personnel and management. We use three layer project structure to implement this project and the first time that I create and build Unit test as demand. I learned and got a lot of experience from this project in frontend and backend. Meanwhile some security skill like encoding – decoding, avoid SQL injection, anti XSS attack really important as well.Tool & Skills: Asp.net MVC, SQLServer, Html & JavaScript (JQuery), TFS, T-SQL and SQL procedure, Unit Test and anti-web attack experience

This is my first Developer jobs. My small team has 4 guys and my responsibility about building and implementing core logic, checked other member’s code and negotiated with boss, testers and other small team.
