Fully responsible for the business development in gas industry in the country including designing business model and formulating financial model based on the understanding of the market. Acquired an Indonesian gas company, PT. Alamigas Mega Energi and act as President Director of the company.BuilT up connections with regulating bodies as well government officials in relate to gas business. Negotiated with gas owners/gas and oil filed operators for 6 gas resources. Set up quick business to support the operation of the office.

Fully responsible for the operation of the company, especially for searching business opportunities in Southeast Asia countries.

Lead a team to explore business opportunities in SE Asia countries, especially in Indonesia.

As legal representative and General Manager of the Joint Venture, fully responsible for the operation of the company, including business plan, construction of gas facilities, development of end-users.Implement a project including gas regulating station, LNG storage and re-gasification, city gas pipeline and residence gas facilities installation, and kicked off the project construction. Resolved the disputes between the shareholders and got full control of the company.Initiated the acquisition of a secondary gas pipeline.

Managed the operation and maintenance of wind farms jointly with a foreign VP.Renegotiated maintenance service contract with the vendor to upgrade price scheme and service package. Took care of the sales of super luxury residences from produce of marketing collaterals, building sales team, formulating marketing program and implementation.

Ran the Group Hong Kong office, assisted the Group chairman to manage the group. Cooperated with top head hunters to search and brought on board executives for Group, power business, LNG business, new energy business as well as property management. Initiated the cooperation with SK E&S, a South Korean energy group. Participated the staffing of LNG Receiving Terminal work team and site visits.

Took care of daily operation of the wind farms. Optimized the Operation & Maintenance (O&M) structure of wind farms and restructured the remuneration packages.Upgraded the policies of procurement, routine check procedure and hand over process from the project to operation team.

Over the years:- GM of the power plant division taking care of project management and preparation of operation.- Project Manager of Ningxia Hanas LNG plant which was the biggest and best of the kind.- Management of strategy, HR, branding, budgeting and account settlement of projects, IT, corporate restructuring, etc. - Managed the services of city gas business including after sales service and Call Center.

During the 14 years, I grew from an undergraduate to a technically competent engineer, and extended my career into international business (procurement), during which my ability of social networking, interpersonal, managing business and team as well as language was enhanced. I worked in different positions including engineer (smelting and forming of rare metal), Purchasing Manager, Deputy GM of a subsidiary company, Manager of Investment Department of the Group, etc. I also got my MBA degree (full time) during this period.
