Manage the team of design. Report to the GM of the division about problems with existent staff, demand for new staff, qualification of each staff by end of each year, suggestion for salaries, suggestion for developments and additional educations. Develop and control the team members in knowledge, efficiency and quality of work and handling of working tools. Lead and control the whole work of the team (related to performance, quality, confirmation with customer requirements and requirements of related codes of the equipment) and inform the GM about nonconformance situation with suggestion to solve it.
