Define and drive execution of the quality management processes within development projects, focusing on following elements:· Requirements: Ensure that the consumer needs with respect to system / product characteristics are defined;Ensure that the consumer use cases and acceptance criteria are defined, including environmental conditions.· Learning: Gather experiences from previous products and projects to improve design and its quality. This Includes competitive analysis and other intelligence.· Standards: Include in specification process the adherence of mandatory internal and external standards / legal requirements (Safety, Sustainability, Performance), which is input for the approbation & certification process.· Product Risk Management: Ensure that risks for system / product quality are identified as early as possible, using structured methods & tools for risk management (e.g. FMEA). Ensure proper follow-up to verify risks and solutions. Use a pondered risk indicator (as in a Maturity Grid) to set clear priorities. Ensure that a defined risk level is reached before passing a certain milestone.· CTQ's: Drive translation of requirements into Critical To Quality (CTQ) parameters at system, product and component level. Ensure that CTQ’s are measurable and have defined warning levels and specification limits. Stimulate and check for each of these CTQ’s the proper transfer functions with known predictors. Ensure that CTQ’s are measured during development, in pilot runs and in production.· Quality Testing: Agree on the Quality Test Plan for product verification and validation, together with all relevant experts. Ensure proper execution, using relevant sampling.· After-sales service: Actively use the regular reporting on field quality (complaints & returns) in the initial phase of new projects.· Report regularly on progress, results and bottlenecks to all relevant stakeholders,advise the project leader on milestone decisions. Escalate to management when needed.

• Collaborate with global QA team to establish, maintain and improve on the solution development process• Managing the SH Quality Team for ensuring all products conform to the requirements and specifications definitions per the MRD and SRD，and follow through the complete NPI cycle，reduced the cost of R&D / Product induced quality issues• Feasibility study for new introduced parts before sourcing, make sure the parts are meet CKP specification; Decision on supplier sourcing committee with exact quality data; Perform supplier audit as required and complaints handling for supplier quality issue• Create test plans ,design test-equipment, set up test environment as per requirements, execution of tests and the respective logging(HP ALM), evaluation of test results and documentation of deviations from expected results, write concise test report with all test status & results are consolidated and update to project team, tracking readiness for each NPI milestone• Track and follow up all NPI defects, ensure Root-Cause Investigations and implemented Corrective Actions are completed in a timely fashion and tracked• Work with Third Party Lab (TUV or SGS) to guarantee products meet compliance®ulatory expectations for quality and reliability.• Publish Test procedure/specification that should be followed during MFG production; Monitor, control and improve product quality according to production quality data and customer feedback from field.• Manage, coach, advise team members on daily basis, provides direction, performance management, and career path planning for direct reports，driving the internal cross functional team cooperation• Technical support to sales and field installation team as required per complexity of individual projects

• New products feasibility study and work with Product management team to consolidate input from customers• Generate and document detailed test plans, methodology, procedures for Fire Alarm System Products according to System Requirment Documents• Design test-equipment, set up test environment, execute test cases and bug tracking• Schedule tests and optimize test sequence to reduce lead time & cost, participate projects as QA presentative and coordinate related resources to complete project tasks• Write clear and concise test reports summarizing overall system performance,provide regular report to manager and project team• Provide Manufacturing and Sustaining engineering Support• Be a part to transfer new developed products to manufacturing sites• Maintain lab test facility, equipment and other resources. • Cooperating outsourced test lab to get compliance certification for new launch products like CCCF, UL,CE…etc • Standardizations and optimizations of the test processes• Performing other tasks as directed or needed

• Responsible for HP PC Video& Audio &Entertainment system test,which including Multimedia player, sounder recorder, internal/external speaker, DVD/CD ROM,TV tuner, Bluetooth, finger printer, game center which contains local and online games, mp3/mp4/avi…etc various kinds of video/audio test• Record ,track bugs and provide own analysis to develop team on the defects tracking system(OTS) • Reproduce issues and co-work with relevant developers until fixed• Work closely with the cumstomer(HP) audit team to ensure project test requirments are fully covered and test progresses are on schedule• Be the leader of Multimedia team (6 People), manage team routine job, assign testing task to team members and balance the work loading. Bring up a good teamwork sprit environment in team• Performing other tasks as directed or needed
