Evonik is a famous German producer in fine chemical industry. I'm in charge of silica business at coating and ink in South China from Jul 2015 to May 2017. After May 2017, our products include Silica, Tego additives and Surfynol additives due to the internal integrate with Tego and Air Product.The main duties as below:1, maintain old customers and develop new customers, make sure meet the target setted by company.2, Manage distributors in your region and coordinate with their business.3, Collect information from market, include price, new grade and customer's requirements.4, Develop new products as company's requirement.5, Communicate with internal and external closely.

Our main product is UV oligomer that made in Korea. Our costumers are coating and ink factories. I responsible for Dongguan office. 1.Visit existing and new customers according to the strategy and meet defined targets. 2.Understand the market and Customers' needs, the competitors' strengths & weaknesses and update promptly its management. 3.Support "production/quality" when needed in case of Customer complain, make sure customers' satisfaction. 4.Expand the market share and popularity. 4.Responsible for payment. 5.Communicate with mother plants as needed in order to offer a global service to our worldwide Customers, in line with the Division's strategies.
