Responsibility: Eutectic and wire bonding process development and optimization• High priority to handle customer claim in relevant process area and drive 8D report to Service Manager to get closure well (Target: no-occurrence guarantee) with requirement they expected.• Support customer on product qualification and process establishment with full confidence to release production. Generate eligible Process/Quality procedures and work instruction for customer to carry out all operations without ambiguity.• Facilitate technical discussions and involve the Service Manager for critical components and coordinate Design for Manufacturability (DFM)• Align with customer needs and work with the Marketing Manager to locate prospective customer as necessary to meet unique needs •. Maintain continuous in-depth knowledge of market conditions, industry trends, and developing technologies and bring industry knowledge to Headquarter for respective commodities for success of projects

Responsibility: Conduct a group of process engineers and technicians to transfer product line from worldwide sites to Nanjing • Provide technical to development engineer as well as other cross-functional team regarding process design, tooling design and process control to reduce the potential risk items impact to quality and yield• Attend design reviews to analyze and highlight design potential risk to mass production• Prepare and update the process engineering documents such as process-flow chart, PFMEA, work instruction• Review build diagram of new products and derivative products compliance to design specs and manufacturability• Provide technical support for alignment processes and equipment to maintain operations and implement continuous improvement projects• Ensure project documents, engineering reports, work-instruction, process parameters, tooling drawings, PFMEA, AVI coverage checklists are reviewed and draft are uploaded to database every phase before product release• Conduct training to manufacturing, process engineer, technician, operator, and trainer designate before line validation or line certification and refreshing training in mass production• Be responsible to create mitigation plan involving cross-functional team to quickly resolve issues found • Lead the team to use PFMEA and DOE as the continuous improvement tools to improve process capability towards zero defects from development to manufacturing• Lead the team to improve EHS and learn Lean Manufacture
