• Analyze actual operating result and prepare monthly performance review package to VP of Aftersales • Prepare monthly Rolling FCST, Budgeting and short-term plan for aftersales business• Develop actionable measures and collaborate with operation and sales team to fulfill aftersales KPIs Target (Inventory, AR Overdue, Advance payment)• Partner with business team improve revenue performance to secure opportunities and mitigate risk• Develop commercial strategy (Pricing, discount matrix, payment term) for both spare parts and service • Optimize China networking strategies to improve service profitability

• Monthly standard reporting package to top management: Preliminary sales and OR (Operating Result)report, Flash report, Actual report (P&L, KPI tracking, etc.)• Consolidate internal financial reports from 7 Management Entities in APAC, Complete monthly internalprofitability analysis: Sales, GP%, SG&A, Inventory, OR impact etc.• Consolidate Risk & Opportunities, Sales and OR bridges, Top customers, Headcount for globalperformance meeting review• Support to prepare APAC monthly rolling forecast and outlook bridges with focus on impact• Work as business partner for China Service Solution business, Provide effective financial analysis• Collect overdue critical report to support cash flow target achievement• Set up standard financial report template per business review request• Involve in major business projects, Provide sufficient data support: Icebreaker(new business launch),Performance Lift (sales drive and cost reduction)• Closely work with holding company finance team and APAC Management Entity’s controller

• Daily booking of general ledger, sub-ledger, journal entries of cash and bank, AR and AP, Responsible formonthly, quarterly, yearly end closing• Prepare monthly expense report, Issue and courier proforma invoices, VAT invoices for subsidiaries• Check the balance with inter companies on monthly basis• Budget, Comparison between budget and actual cost at end of fiscal year• Handle with routine payment and petty cash control.• Management of Receivable, Ensure foreign exchange transactions are effected accurate• Routine communication with bank accounts administration, Monthly reconciliation of the bank accountbalances against the bank statement• Assist Tax Department make year- end final settlement
