1) IT Management for Asia side- Supervise the IT team and all IT issues in all Asia sites- Control IT costs and respect budget constraints- Control of IT assets : maintain and update list of all IT equipment and software- Manage IT projects- Coordinate IT audits- Deploy Group IT policy in Asia2) IT infrastructure- Supervise infrastructure in Asia region, compliance of network with Group standards- Responsible for IT room round-the-clock operation- DNS setup, domain server, firewall, email server, servers upgrade and maintenance- Maintain telephone system and manage telephone bill data- Procurement, installation and maintenance of IT hardware- Contract & relations with third party providers (maintenance, telecom,printing)- Provide Helpdesk service and IT training for TLD Asia users- Websites and email systems using open source technologies3) IT security officer- Deploy Group IT security policy- Back-up of personal data- Anti-Virus protection4) ERP- BAAN IT Key user- Maintenance of intranet modules under Asia responsibility- E-quote programming
