As the manager of international teachers of Ludong University for almost 14 years, I have employed and worked with over 300 teachers from the US, the UK, Canada, Australia, New Zealand, Japan, South Korea, Russia, and etc. I know how to talk with them about the contracts; I'm very capable of handling difficult situations. Some of the teachers call me a troubleshooter. By the way, I'm interested in reading different kinds of books, esp. booking on psychology, sociology, bilography and literature.
