Prepare the annual budget (OP1/OP2), review and follow up the implementation of the budget, submit the analysis report of the budget and actual difference on a monthly and quarterly basis according to the implementation of the budget, prepare the operation analysis report on time, find out the reasons for the variance and put forward the improvement plan;2. Review and approve internal and external payments according, carried out financial supervision and controlling.5. Lead the continuous improvement of financial process, improve work efficiency and reduce waste;6. Participate in production and operation improvement activities, find cost saving opportunities, improve production efficiency and save operating costs;7. Organize the operation center to use BSC to review KPI monthly/quarterly, help the management to identify potential risks and seek for improving opportunities so as to assist in making business decisions;8. Assist accounting department for monthly and annually closing;

Responsible for cost accounting, mainly responsible for reviewing all kinds of expenses and reimbursement documents , voucher filling, salary, cost distribution, expense statement issuance and cost control analysis, cost data statistics and financial training materials writing for new recruits. Proficient in UfIDA and Oracle ERP ;2. Responsible for general ledger， audit and adjustment management, procurement, subcontract and payment request review and budget management；Reconciliation of current accounts, aging of receivables , checking and analyzing with related parties, providing internal and external audit data support and PBC filling, supporting the data correlation and verification of ERP system upgrade.3. Responsible for all financial treatment of a subsidiary company, including budget and control, cost analysis, daily accounting treatment, invoice issuance, revenue and cost verification,financial reports issuance, national and local tax business handling, etc.
