-Lead startup project for Repairing Motherboards which return from channel customers.-Participate in monthly business review and lead presentation-Establish and implement SOP.-Conduct process audit and improve process audit, throughput efficiency, machine utilization and machine capability.-Give technical support for +10 team members.
