And to do the supplier evalution .3)Work out the best purchasing plan to make sure the material returned the factory with cheaper , high quality and on time . and excutive its .4)Checking out the purchasing cost and based on the KPI performance to evaluate the daily work 5)Work out the next year procurement budget.
