1.Accomplish the draft design of new laser mark machine. promote a new design base the customer requirement and similar machine. Define 4 work position for the workpiece. The 1th and 2th position is for the mounting and alignment, the 3th is for laser mark, the 4th is for unload. 2.Complete PFL design; Complete drawing of other products; 3.Know the heat sink of laser.

1.Responsible for nano accuracy stage design, include retical and wafer stage. The stage includes 6 moving axis which have linear motor drive, and encoder or laser interferometer measurement system. Master critical technology of precision movement stage design. such as accuracy distribution,movement mechanism design, precision part design and machining. Know well about linear motor, air bearing, optical encoder and laser interferometer system. 2.Take part in assemble of retical stage and wafer stage. 3. Finish 5 patent.
