·Monitoring management of the fleet's operation·Providing marine training to engineers including ship dry-docking repairs, statutory/class rules, budget control, and ISM·assisting the fleet and Marine Department in resolving/explain the statutory or classification aspect issues as needed·Controlling fleet budget for the current year and reviewing the budget for the following year.·Making/reviewing the new ship contract·assisting the company in obtaining the bid for government projects such as building new tug boats to assist LNG vessel to berth.·Conducting/establishing a new Plan Maintenance System of fleet

•Managing existing vessels, including verifying/purchase spare parts, arrange the Annual survey, and essential dry-docking repair.•Assisting in providing technical information on machinery or equipment •Assisting in making relevant notices and requirements to ensure fleet compliance with new regulations of Statutory/Class. (For example: Making a retrofit plan of BWMS for fleet, and developing an oil change plan and making a SIP for our fleet to comply with the 0.5% low-sulfur oil limit on January 1, 2020.)•Monitoring/remote operation ship speed, fuel consumption, and cargo hold conditions to meet charter party requirements•Creating, managing and controlling budget of each vessel per year•Assisting and solving PSC deficiencies issues and finding root causes to prevent them from happening again•Conducting technical audits of the vessels•Drawing review of the New vessel•Particioating in surveys for ship under construction
