Product ManagerThe role’s responsibilities are:Product Manager is responsible for the roadmap planning and execution throughout the product lifecycle, including the gathering and prioritizing product and customer requirements, defining the product strategy. Work directly with business and IT stakeholders to prioritize work to be delivered by the delivery teams at a sprint level. Manage and communicate tradeoff decisions between scope (value add to the products of new features) and schedule (higher operating expense in longer release cycles)The following experience is relevant to us:1. Experience as a Product Manager2. Experience in SaaS, CRM or any 2B products is a plus3. Understanding the difference between building features and solving problems4. Excellent written and verbal communication skills5. Excellent teamwork skills6. Ability to work with deadlines and in a fast paced environmentThough these two things are must-haves:1. Fluent English proficiency: being able to read and write in English 2. Two or more years’ experience as a product manager or similar role
