As Technical Product Support Engineer(TPS) at Applied Materials for wafer metrology and inspection tool(CD-SEM & Ebeam inspection), as a link between customers and RD&manufacturing department of BU，mainly focus on China mainland, Taiwan, South Korea's customer technical support ( Include On-Site support) for below aspects:· Technical support to customer including on site support for installation, upgrading & trouble-shooting tool· Collect, analysis & feedback customer's issue· New application and new BKM implementation at customer site· Relevant training for on site customer engineer

As Process & Equipment Engineer at module assembly engineering department of Micron Technology, main work as below:· Equipment over roll management· Equipment trouble-shooting & tool performance improvement· Process issue solved & process yield improvement by project lead· Related step tool & jig design and management

As Failure Analysis Engineer at QRA department of He Jian Technology which is one of earliest 8 inches wafer Fab in China, main work as below:· Through die/chip WAT, CP, FT test fail mode and fail data to judge possible failure cause· Find the actual failure root cause for test fail die/chip by using FA tooling like Tester, SEM, PEM,OBIRCH, FIB, TEM, EDX, C-AFM to support Fab improvement yield· FA report edition and complete for Independent case
