--------------------------Autobiography---------------------------[ABOUT ME ]Hi, I am Ken, a cooperative, responsible and self-motivated team player. In my opinion, well communication and putting myself to others’ shoes is the most important element of collaboration. Besides, facing to customer’s requirement and figuring out a better solution from our viewpoints is the responsible behavior. Continuously keeping in a good mood and try to find the appropriate solution when encountering with the frustration can keep developing myself. [WORK EXPERIENCE] I am now working as an EUV field service engineer in ASML about more than three years. The job is responsible for troubleshoot, preventive maintenance and managing EUV systems in English-speaking environment. Completing machine preventive maintenance on time with quality even beyond customer’s expectation is necessary. As a shift leader, I need to troubleshoot and make appropriate solution with limited assistance at customer sites. I also need to arrange manpower and check tools and parts to make sure preventive maintenance can on tome with system leader’s plan. Above all, safety at work is the most important thing. Besides, the FSE is the first line of support. I must regularly interface with safety officers and customers. Being a team-player and building up good relationships with others are important. [EXPECTATION ]My short-term goals are to gain technical knowledge and build up my experience on the equipment. After I can skillfully maintain and adjust the system step by step with manuals, I will use my troubleshooting experience to diagnose and analyze the equipment, try to find some parts of the system that can be improved. With my experiences and profession in troubleshooting and preventive maintenance, I believe I am ready for this position, I would like to work with this company, as long as I continue to make contributions and grow professionally.
