Responsibilities include:- operational management and project monitoring over real estate projects of subsidiaries;- periodical reviews and updates of real estate industry of mainland China;- alerts of potential project risks and solution proposal; and- task-oriented reports to provide insights and recommendations for top management.

Responsible to coordinate investor relations matters, periodical compliance filing and Board of Directors regular meetings- Coordinated and participated in series of Non Deal Roadshows (“NDR”) and maintained regular communication with the investors;- Collected data from various divisions and assist CFO for the quarterly & annual filing required by Security Exchange Commission;- Arranged periodic meetings of Board and its Committees and assisted the regular communication between Board members and the management team.- Participated in the internal control compliance process of SOX404, assisted to finish the drafting of series internal corporate regulations such as Corporate Information Flow within the Organization.
