Be responsible for all financial activities and operations of three wholly-owned entities in China (1 holding [HongKong] and 1 production and 1 trading [both Shanghai] companies) and another production company (Tangshan) in which Songwon holds 30% of the shares. - Lead China Finance team. Overall responsibility for all aspects of financial management and control of the company accounting system- Set up short-term & long-term goals of finance department, supervise Costing Controlling, Accounting, Financial Analysis team delivering a high quality and efficiency working result.-Examine the existing finance organization and determine opportunities for improvement.- Create, coordinate, and evaluate the financial programs and supporting information systems of the company to include budgeting, real estate, and conservation of assets.- Establish local procedures that ensure compliance with Corporate and policy for internal controls, audit and safeguarding company assets;- Address financial matters within the business that may arise and seek counsel with other finance partners in establishing appropriate actions to take;- Perform complex analysis on a variety of financial matter that will provide proper direction to the organization;- Assess situations for risk and internal control issues and take action appropriately;- Effectively manage a geographically diverse group of finance analysts that are supporting the respective business needs locally or regionally.
