Prepare the annual maintenance budget; provide information to management regarding the budget for equipment, software and hardware purchases/installation and maintenance spare parts. 3. Establish and review TPM (Total Productive Maintenance) KPI and conduct maintenance audit within territory, review TPM plan and application to continuously improve maintenance efficiency. 4. Responsible for managing all equipment related technical documents. In line with the equipment instruction of supplier and the actual situation in plant, initially develop and keep updating the production equipment maintenance manual to guide the maintenance activities, ensure the efficient and effective maintenance and repairing services to meet production requirements.
