As GGP Resident engineer , my job field is as below:-Responsible for management of supplier quality and improvement at the Supplier;-Monitor the supplier’s production and process to guarantee the Quality of the products shipped out from supplier side;-Report to GGP European office and GGP GZ with the quality situation, problem shooting, project development in supplier side;-Manage corrective actions coming from customer’s claims;-Perform process and product audit;-Perform TEST laboratories on supplier site;-Perform Supplier and Sub-Supplier Audit;-Prepare weekly Quality Assurance reporting to European office;-Perform daily inspection batch according with GGP specification;-Take ad hoc assignments from superior.

in Chongqing Zongshen Industry Group R&D Center, as a main motorcycle engine engineer, I knew many engine models spec . ,structure ,feature on developing ,testing , evaluating and so on . In Zhongshen R&D center , I gained a few achievements ,including improvement motorcycle engine from 2 valves to 3 valves ;obtain 2 patents about air filter improvement and design about recycling intake equipment to reduce noise .

at Manufacture-processing Department of Chongqing Electric-motor Manufacture Factory ,I compiled the punching process and designed punching moulds and inspected the procuction.
