I have more than 29 years of working experience in Engineering Management and Maintenance experience in FOUR/FIVE STAR hotels and Property Management. Good knowledge in maintenance of Mechanical, Electrical, Plumbing, Pumps, Fire & Life Safety, Heating Ventilation and Air Conditioning (HVAC), Landscaping, Waste Management etc.I involved in hotel pre-opening, project execution and daily hotel operation. I lead a team of more than 30 staff, providing guidance and training to them, providing cross-operation to improve the work efficiency and building team work to improve relationship. I process excellent interpersonal skill, Management style and good leadership skills.Energy Management is also one of my strength, I managed to saving more than 20% of the energy cost for the company.
